He is the Manager and Founding Partner of U2K Investment Advisor. His role is to observe all operational as well as investment activities of the partnership and the firm. His particular investment and business interests encompass biotech, fintech, mobile media, renewable energy, technology, SaaS, online marketplace, and the internet. After leaving Wall Street, he developed a knack of entrepreneurship and start up investment. He always remains eager to assist businesses to grow from an idea into full blown enterprise.

Kishowar Pervez served as the Product and Business Development Manager at his own voice over telephony company named QuantumTone.com, LLC. At that time no one significant besides Vonage was there in the VOIP echo system in the United States. The company offers business & enterprise grade VOIP services and products for both residential as well as business customers. He also started a commodity business, ShiMo Global Group which sold imported seafood to seafood companies like High Liner Seafood, Tasty Choice International, Harbor Seafood, Inc, and Pacific Seafood, Inc. 

He pursued his education from the leading colleges and universities that include West Lafayette University, Twin Cities, MN, Purdue University, University of Minnesota, Dhaka College, Dhaka, Bangladesh, including Religious studies from Harvard University. Kishowar Pervez also started a non profit organization called Tokaii Foundation, Inc to reach out to underprivileged kids around the world in order to help them realize their potential through welfare, and institutional knowledge. Owing to his skills and expertise, he has established himself as a respected personality among his peers and professionals.

From 2001 to 2002, Kishowar Pervez worked with CIBC Oppenheimer as a Research Associate. Later, he served as an Investment Banker position at Credit Suisse First Boston in their RE Division from 2003 to 2004. In the year 2009, he served the position of a Senior Vice President of Business Development at NYCER Engineering for seven years.

He is also associated with a commodity trading business named ShiMo Global,LLC where he served as the Director of Operations. The organization sold imported seafood to various multi national seafood companies in North America as well as to the international seafood companies which include Tasty Choice International, Pacific Seafood, Inc. Empire Seafood, and High Liner Seafood.

He is an avid world traveler who likes to travel to different countries and has explored new places and cultures. Kishowar Parvez is a kind hearted person who started a non profit organization named Tokaii Foundation, Inc. The main motive of this organization is to help underprivileged kids locally and around the world in order to provide them with  institutional education, welfare, and knowledge. 

He pursued his education from one of the leading universities and colleges that include West Lafayette University, IN, Purdue University, Twin Cities, MN, University of Minnesota, Dhaka College, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and Religious studies at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. He is also an electrical engineer with significant knowledge in engineering and structural design and has gained expertise in the areas of civil & structural engineering, site safety engineering, architectural planning, construction design. He also works for various commercial as well as residential projects and earned a good client base.
