Kishowar Pervez is a well seasoned professional having a wide range of experience. He has always been motivated to help others so, he started a non profit organization named Tokaii Foundation, Inc. The purpose of this foundation was to impart institutional education and knowledge to the underprivileged children both locally as well as globally.
He is an ingenious Angel Investor as well as a Venture Capitalist and also carries years of experience in finance and investment including real estate investment, architecture and designing, investment banking, start up building, construction, engineering, scaffold design, special inspection, and site safety engineering.
From 2001 to 2002, Kishowar Pervez worked with CIBC Oppenheimer as a Research Associate. Later, he served as an Investment Banker position at Credit Suisse First Boston in their RE Division from 2003 to 2004. In the year 2009, he served the position of a Senior Vice President of Business Development at NYCER Engineering for seven years.
He is also associated with a commodity trading business named ShiMo Global,LLC where he served as the Director of Operations. The organization sold imported seafood to various multi national seafood companies in North America as well as to the international seafood companies which include Tasty Choice International, Pacific Seafood, Inc. Empire Seafood, and High Liner Seafood.
When Kishowar Pervez is not busy with his professional commitments, he likes to spend his time in various hobbies. He is an avid world traveler who likes to travel to different countries and has explored new places and cultures. He also likes photography and store a wide collection of pictures of the places he has visited and also enjoys sports such as soccer, baseball, and tennis. Owing to his skills and expertise, he has received several accolades for his work.
