Kishowar Parvez – Sr. Vice President of Business Development at NYCER Engineering

Kishowar Parvez is the Sr. Vice President of Business Development at NYCER Engineering. He has been serving this position from the last seven years. He has studied Electrical Engineering at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN; University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, MN; and Religious Studies at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.

Kishowar Parvez has vast experience in entrepreneurship and has many accomplishments to his credit. Before working as the Sr. Vice President of Business Development at NYCER Engineering, Kishowar tried his hand in different business ventures. In 2008 he started a commodity trading business, ShiMo Global Group, LLC, which sold imported seafood to billion dollar seafood companies in North America to international seafood importers like of Empire Seafood, High Liner Seafood (then FPI, Inc.), Pacific Seafood, Inc., Harbor Seafood, Inc., and Tasty Choice International.

Kishowar Parvez got his professional start at CIBC Oppenheimer as a Research Associate in its Private Client Division from 2001 to 2002. Next, he served as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse First Boston from 2003 to 2004 in their RE Division.

Currently, Kishowar Parvez runs a “not for profit” organization, Tokaii Foundation, Inc., besides working with NYCER Engineering. He started this organization to help underprivileged children realize their dreams through welfare, knowledge and institutional education.
